Opposition To The Global Warming Report
The global warming reports that frequently are released by various organizations in the world lead many people to believe that the world is undergoing a rapid increase in temperature due to the wastefulness of mankind. Since the industrial revolution began man has allowed pollutions and toxic gases to be released into the atmosphere that now are believed to be harming the environment. There are many theories in the global warming report but there are very few provable facts. One fact is that the global warming report stirs up controversy and that there are many opponents to the report.
Some Opposing Views To The Global Warming Report
Some world scientists believe that the climate reports made by the global warming report are flawed. It is believed by these experts that it is impossible to accurately gauge the climacteric changes using the models that are currently available. This is difficult for the average person to completely understand but indicates that there is opposition to the forecasting of the climate based on recent historical data. For the average person we all can understand that because one year we had drought does not mean drought will continue. The next year may bring floods and freezing temperatures. This may be a simplified view but one that should be thought about.
Another opposing view to the global warming report is that global warming is a natural occurrence and is not caused by man’s misuse of our natural resources. Some scientist support the theory that the earth is still warming from the little ice age period and has been warming since the 1800’s prior to man’s increased industrialization. There are times in history where the earth has been much hotter than current temperatures and there are even reports of the British isles, during the reign of Rome, being a great agricultural center growing such produce as grapes for the use of making wine. This would certainly indicate that the earth or at least northern Europe was warmer in the past.
Other opponents of the global warming report believe that the warming of the earth is actually beneficial to men and to the planet itself. As people we have a hard time watching certain changes to the environment and the possible extinction of different species but this may be a natural process in the evolutionary chain. Over time there are many species that have become extinct purely because they were not fit to survive and did not adapt to changes in the environment.
No matter what the cause of global warming or if it is actually a true event, mankind does have a responsibility to take care of the planet and to use its resources wisely. Mistakes have been made in the past but it is up to the individual to conserve and prevent future mistakes.
